When I called in that morning, they were very accommodating to get my vehicle in that day to see what was wrong as the engine light came on during my ride to work. They made sure my vehicle was safe to drive home and that I wouldn't have any problems during the upcoming weekend. They are the best!

I was overdue for an oil change and tire rotation and the Les Mack team was able to schedule me in quickly. The service was top notch!

Prompt services with the mechanic answering all questions and concerns I had.

Software fixed...factory defaults reset however and had to customize again.

I love Les Mack and will forever use them. I’m on my 3rd vehicle from Dusty and couldn’t be happier. And Troy he thinks he’s funnier than her really is. 😂 just kidding I finally let him finance me this time. See you guys in a couple years😘

I purchased a 2026 Chev 2500 HD from the dealership. I have never owned a truck like this and needed it for my farm. The salesman was super knowledgeable and lead to a truck that worked for my needs. He also encouraged me to buy a "custom" package which turned out to be exactly what I needed and a few features that I am really glad I got. The only feature missing, which I thought was strange, was wheel well liners in the back. They were in the front but not back (seems like GM would want to rethink that for $200). That led me to the service department to have them ordered and installed. They came faster than I expected and they got me in a the perfect time for my schedule. They were not exactly the same as the factory ones so it took the mechanic a little time to install but it got done right. My salesman Wade, was there to make sure that I received the service that I needed. The service manager was also great. GM took a while to get my points on my account and I wanted to use my credit points for the fenders. They checked in on the points until they were finally applied and credited my account. I highly recommend every aspect of my time with Les Mack Chevy in Lancaster. Thank you staff!

The work was done efficiently although it seemed to be a bit pricey. Since the wheels needed to be removed to install new monitor sensors don't think there should have been the additional charge for rotation.
